2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 eggs
1/2 large can (29oz. can) pumpkin
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1. Preheat oven to 350*.
2. Whisk together the flour, eggs, pumpkin, peanut butter, & cinnamon in a bowl. Dough should be dry and stiff. Roll the dough into a 1/2-inch-thick roll. Use cookie cutter to cut shapes. Place on greased cookie sheet.
3. Bake in preheated oven until hard, about 40 minutes.
Charlie & Suzie absolutely LOVE these. We made them because we are out of treats for them & because we celebrated their birthdays. The recipe made 32 medium-sized treats + one extra extra large cookie. Cheap, easy, & the pups love 'em!
