Crockpot Pulled Pork BBQ


Found this on Pinterest and it was easy peasy. Such a convenient way to make pulled pork.  We had leftovers for several days and would probably freeze some next time.

3 boneless center cut chops
1 medium onion, sliced
~Half bottle BBQ sauce of choice, I finished a bottle & added water to clean out bottle to the crockpot too.
Plus additional sauce for topping

Start with a layer of onions, then place your chops on top, followed by BBQ & the rest of onions.  I set mine to cook on warm for ~9 hours. 

When finished cooking, transfer one of the cooked chops into the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a flat beater. Mix on low until the pork is shredded to the level you want. Transfer shredded pork into another bowl and shred the remaining chops. 

The end result will need additional sauce.
