Italian Dressing Mix
Peppercini's, cut in half

Put all ingredients in the crockpot, turn on for 8-10 hours on low or 4-5 hours on high.

It is that simple.

With Chicken I use probably 4-5 large chicken breast, frozen, with 2 packets of dressing.

With Beef I put a large roast (5lb-7 lbs) or steaks, frozen, with 3 packets of dressing in the pot.

We serve on tortillas with shredded cheese.

I love this because it is so easy and you can serve it with anything. It will last us maybe 2 days because you just can't get enough.
